You bought land and went into contract with GPS, La Vita, Inc. It was then inferred that they were ready to go when in fact they were no where near ready, what with no water, proper planning or the proper paperwork with the county of Huerfano filed and accepted. Am I correct? So WHY was it inferred that they were "allotting 5 acres for their immediate grow facilities"? That kind of wording makes people think, hey, they must have their stuff together.

That's just one example of dozens of instances that others have brought to attention on this board.

You can see where people are pissed, can you? The countless "forward statements" that aren't really, well, fully the truth, right?

"That's business", as they say. Hence why we made the statements at that time we made them.

At the time. I see. Then why PR, or file these statements if for no other reason but to lure investors in when there reaaaaally isn't much that is actually DONE?

Sounds to me that "that's business" is actually just a lot of bad business, IMHO.

1. Because they were not unforeseen at that time. So the admission is that the company knew they could not uphold the deals.

2. I am still working on the funding for that. Where is all the money from selling shares going?

3. I can't go into the reasons why there were repetitive delays, Could one be needing current audited financials?

But, it remains true we are about to file the S1 as stated earlier.

Earlier you stated that the dividends will be in a 2nd S1!

Here are the hard facts. Better for the company to raise capital first and then file a 2nd S1 for dividend shares.

What is the 1st S1 for? Shelf registration?

LMAO... What a way to show trust in you loyal shareholders!

If we don't do this many shareholders will dump immediately and limit our ability to capitalize and execute our business model effectively.
I recognize that some people will be unhappy with this.

Promote the S1 all you want, but you should make it CRYSTAL CLEAR as you did earlier that it will not free up the dividends for trading. (Except for the shelf registered shares that the insiders own)!

So... can FUTL/FWDG be trusted ... NO

Bull. There were/are no new problems. All problems you are facing were staring you in the face from the beginning. You were/are either grossly negligent or you are lying.

What a BSer..
