I notice you're fond of quoting me. You'll notice, if you look a little closer, that I never said the gag order was from the SEC. It is a self-imposed gag order from management. As far as legal proceedings go, the fact is that VGTel has been named in the SEC complaint, even though it is Mr. Durante who has been named specifically.
