I'd like to add
A) Dr Frost does not have children.
-:) seems to me OPK is his baby n a vehicle to his Legacy.
B) VGR a $3 bil comp has deep pockets great CEO - Mr Lorber, Sr VP name Lampen, who happen to be ROX ceo & LTS president,
See where I m going??
C) ROX is a small but promising growth venture.
D) as long as brown alc demand increases n Vodka is in a small decline per today 11/29 CNBC report on Ketel one.
VGR is ROX's insurance. we should see pps appreciation in near future. Given that institutions are increasing their stakes in our gem.
E) VGR need an ATM for their high div distribution, adding alc to their Real Estate n Tobacco is a no brainer.
F) please note: decisions are made based on the big picture plus a close watch ie, Wall st n hedge funds can not interfere,
G) Mr Lorber the Real estate wizzard is lately spending time n money on Morgan hotels were he became ceo all of a sudden, (btw- stock almost at all time low) meaning - thats when they buy the company n start turn around process... sound familiar? Right?! Morgan has some boutique properties in NYC. & Miami but they don't do well. However their locations have tremendous upside potential.
H) Some major changes are in the oven... sort of speak. IMO
I) obviously I m bullish on all mentioned securities.

This is not a buy recommendation. !!
Just my rationale as I must know where my hard earned $$ is.
