Appreciate the analysis Gingi...seems a possibility at the very least! All outcomes are possible here in that Castle has financed and grew, in gross, the business. What is curious is not managing to profit, mind you I realize all the expenditures are necessary and a growing business has a right to make a bad choice or two along the way. What is more curious is Management never sets an expectation either, save statement like we'll try to improve.
This quarter will be the real deal. Mathematically no one has put a sharper pencil to ROX outcomes on the financial side than FUNMAN. He says Feb and I believe this should come to pass. I believe that we will have an even better quarter than FUN's prediction. If no profit though I would take it as confirmation that something of what you speak of is very very likely.
No serious investor on the sidelines of any size will mind if you take a failing venture private, just a bag holder.
