Personally I m not sure that ROX is
being built to be sold....
My theory is,,,, Vector Group will take it over at a relatively low PPS n we will not be able to say boo as Frost Lorber Lampen Rubin & crew have the upper hand here.
They will slash board expenses since big wigs are on both boards, as it is they operate from same famous address owned by Dr Frost - 4400 Biscayne blvd
Vector already owns around 7% of ROX as holding company of Tobacco & Real Estate, ,, Alcohol is a perfect add on for them...
