What is being manufactured and by whom? All I found at your link is an unofficial (not SEC affiliated)representation of some plumbing hardware with a bunch of fat people smiling. What am I missing?

Also---what has this to do with USEI? Fat Tony is isn't even in the pictures nor do I see any reference to USEI.
