well...only the parties that signed the deals read the fine print on the contract...Neither you or me or anyone have actually read it. Do you really think VSL/Vendanti are stupid enough to break the contract without thinking about consequences? There might be loop holes in the contract that the attorneys noticed. What I am seeing is they want $$$ from google right away instead of fighting with google for years without $$$ in the pocket anytime soon and they don't have to split 50%/50% to MAXD. $$$$$ talks!
