Although I believe MAXD victory is uncertain, this stock is well worth the calculated risk. The upside potential is insane and the downside is acceptable. I think their case is much stronger than you are giving it credit for ipnoob. I may be wrong but common sense tells me that it doesn't matter what vsl said or didn't say. It's like me selling you my car, signing an agreement, giving you the pink slip, you drive it for a year and then I say I want it back now because it is becoming more valuable. It doesn't matter what I want now, it's yours, you have the pink slip and the contract. I don't think the suit is a slam dunk either though. I mean it's Google, if anyone can beat this case it's them. My two cents, I think realistically it's a coin flip. However, I am not just here for the suit. I think that this stock is worth the risk just based on the licensing of their product. This stock is an absolute no brainer if you are long.
