This is sort of like reporting something to the police and saying so and so did such and such. It is then all on the police at that time to decide whether to investigate or blow off the lead someone gave them. In this case, it is well known that Marc reported the illegal activities of the brothers to the authorities. Marc alleges they tried to steal the company and the way in which Steve tried to do it doesn't need to be replayed here. As stated, it is up to the judge whether he feels the allegations have merit or whether to just dismiss them. With the written evidence that Marc has on the brothers, I find it hard to believe that a judge will just ignore them and move on. But the law does strange things at times, I'll give you that.....
