miguellara: Sarraf/Gentile lawsuit has been a mistake from the get-go. They're desparately grasping at straws. Look at the timeline:

1. First, they have to reissue their lawsuit announcement due to a mistake in the original with the date:

2. May 1st, I visited their office in person to find out what evidence they were basing their lawsuit on. I wanted to speak with Gentile himself, but he's not there. His staffer tell me that based on Seth Jayson's "research", Internafta doesn't exist, and that if GlobeTel can prove that Internafta exists, they will drop the lawsuit. I walk out of their office laughing hysterically at their "evidence", and I post the facts of my visit on RB. Someone on RB sends my post to GlobeTel.

3. May 2nd, I visited their office again trying to speak to Gentile himself. One of their staff escorts me out, and rudely tells me to "make an appointment, like a normal person." I call Gentile's number, and leave a message to report their rudeness, and I leave my name and phone #.

4. GlobeTel issues a news response to the lawsuit (I get mentioned):

5. A GTE basher on RB, ID "fleetchicken", who has been posting since Nov. 2005, starts bashing/threatening me personally, and violates my privacy by posting my actual name on RB in his posts...only way he could possibly know my real name is if he listened to the message I had left on Gentile's voicemail. It seems logical to me that one of Gentile's staff is the paid basher "fleetchicken". I print his posts, and then request RB to remove them (the ones with my name on them). RB warns fleetchicken, but he continues to post my name on subsequent posts. I again print them out, and ask RB to remove the posts, and to ban fleetchicken from posting under any alias in the future. RB removes the posts, and fleetchicken is not heard from again.

6. Vedomosti newspaper bashingly confirms the existance of Internafta, so Sarraf/Gentile realizes they have no case, and drops the lawsuit...into the laps of their office-mates, Shalov, Stone, & Bonner, who restate the basis of the original lawsuit (though said basis is equally meritless, IMHO):

7. the Shalov lawsuit may be intact, maybe not, but it is nowhere to be found on their website, so I guess they're not very confident about winning:

8. is a secret I won't disclose in order to protect my personal interests and actions I am taking personally.
