Lawsuit still on going. Will proceed in a couple of weeks. Just got off the phone with sarraf and gentile. Beckman lied to me on the phone and told me this suit would be dropped on the 27th of june. 212-868-3610 is the lawfirms number push 1 and # for sarrif and gentile.

P.s. Its a shame I have to call the enemy for info because our communication company won't answer the phone.
