Right click on the windows symbol at the bottom left on the task bar.

Choose "Search". Enter "Internet Explorer"

A window with Internet Explorer will open.

While that is open right click on the IE icon shown at the bottom on the task bar.

Choose "Pin to Task bar"

Then it will be easy to access in the future.

It will also start showing in the start menu.
