No doubt he is having a super year. Cathchers tend to wear down as the season progresses so I would tend to think as the year goes on his ave will see a decline.

His youth will work in his favor, but it will be interesting to see just how much endurance he has. If the Twins come back and win their division I think he would have a good chance at the MVP, depending on what Ortiz and the Red Sox do.

I highly doubt he would win if the Twins end the season out of the playoffs. Not that he might not deserve it, but those writers aren't always known for making the right decision. ;)
