Catcher Joe Mauer of the Minnesota Twins has 100 hits and went 5 for 5 on Tuesday night's game vs. the LA Dodgers, he's on pace for 213 hits. Has any catcher ever done so well? Does Joe Mauer take the American League MVP crown away from the highest paying teams in Major League Baseball such as the Yankees or Red Sox?

He's batting .389, it'll be interesting to see if how bad he wants to hit .400...
