NSRS - what's going on with this old APS ticker?

http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NSRS/profile

Last month it got reinstated at the Nevada SOS after not having done any filings since 2011

http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=DnnTpyeWPA9dzyi%252fAhTGDw%253d%253d

Then it filed a Form 15 to become a non-SEC reporting entity

http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=10919128

It's first SEC filing since 2012

Harry Lappa who was there when APS promoted it in 2011 shows up as an officer still after the reinstatement filing.

But now listed as the new CEO is J Douglas Pulver aka James Douglas Pulver.

J Douglas Pulver is better known as JD Pulver.

JD Pulver is a blast from the past from when he was running Bionic Products Inc (BNPD) in cahoots with Roger Pawson (BEHL, CBYI). BNPD now trades as TOMI.

This is the same JD Pulver that once got busted by the Utah Securities Division for hijacking an abandoned shell in 2005 - Flavor Brands Inc (FLVB) then using it to illegally issue stock

http://www.deseretnews.com/article/645195580/Flavor-Brands-given-cease-and-desist-order.html?pg=all

And the same J.D. Pulver that was named in litigation against IPO Holding Company Inc (IPCY) back in 2004:

So what are JD Pulver and Harry Lappa up to?

They got FINRA to approve a 1:8000 reverse split today despite all the red flags surrounding the ticker

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=117859362

But as we know FINRA will approve just about anything no what type of history and players the ticker has.

Most likely they have some old debt on the books they want to use to convert into stock and sell into the market. A 1:8000 r/s will wipe out all the old shareholders and give NSRS a tiny float letting it start out trading at a nice high price giving them the opportunity to take a tiny amount of debt and use it to issue millions of dollars worth of free trading stock. Thanks to FINRA.

Guess we wait now to see if any OTC filings start to show up and if they do a name change for the ticker to bring in some fake business operations to help pump the ticker while they dump those super discounted free trading debt shares.

JD Pulver recently made a new Bionic Products Corp in Florida (slightly different than the Bionic Products Inc that traded as BNPD)

JD Pulver already did a public offering with Bionic Products Corp registering $1,000,000 worth of stock

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1609483/000160948315000001/xslFormDX01/primary_doc.xml

Bionic Products Corp also has a website in the works

http://bionicproductscorp.com/

Maybe Pulver tries to revive his old company again in a new public ticker - NSRS?

Interesting that when you check the IP address for the bionicproductscorp.com domain it shares a server with gabenix.com

http://www.gabenix.com/gabe-nix/

You'd think that after getting busted and having criminal charges filed against him that Gabe Nix (aka Christopher Gabriel Nix) would stay far away from penny stocks.
