J.D. Pulver used to own Bionic Products Inc (BNPD)

A completely non-reporting toxic shell that Roger Pawson allegedly purchased last year. The shell was used as a last ditch promotion effort to try to bring in more buyers to BEHL.

They put out a whole slew of press releases about the two companies merging and even promised the BEHL investors a dividend that got canceled less than a week before the dividend was due to be paid out.

Of course BEHL had no money and could have never honored the dividend or any kind of merger to begin with because of the long filing requirements to get BNPD up to the proper reporting status. But investors fell for the BEHL tricks yet again and got burned yet again.

BEHL never even went as far as to bring BNPD up to active status with the Nevada SOS. It remains a revoked company with no Resident Agent and no officers.

BNPD had been used in the past for another fake merger with another Roger Pawson company - Cal-Bay International (CBYI)

As you saw in my BEHL promoters post there were several connections between the 4 companies (BEHL, CBYI, BNPD, and Envirotek)

The common denominators between all 4 companies were Roger Pawson, Alex Padilla (who is Pawson's son-in-law), and Dale Baeten (dirty promoter). I have no doubts that they all profited very heavily from their involvement with this group of companies.

For all we know Bionic Products Inc (BNPD) was another hijacked company by J.D. Pulver who got in trouble in the past for hijacking a company then trying to issue shares to himself and sell them to the public

Looks like J.D. Pulver was also named in litigation against IPO Holding Company Inc back in 2004:

There is no doubt that J.D. Pulver and Roger Pawson know each other well.
