So when exactly will the newly elected move into their seats. What month? If Harper/Conservatives are now in minority how can he call for a new election? Unless the NDP would back him, but why would they? Or are you saying Harper, as lame duck, and before the new govt came in, would be able to call for a new election? What are the chances it happens? Thanks!
