If the Liberals do form a minority government they can still get a bill passed with the support of the NDP and the green party. The NDP have publicly said this week they support Legalization. They'll have to make some deals with the other parties for votes. The NDP may ask for support on another Bill ect. It can still get done.

Even with a conservative minority. Harper is such a dictator he'll call another election probably in May and we'll have another chance to defeat him. He won't settle for a minority he's done it before. I know we're all praying for the Liberals good luck everyone!
