September 21st came and went. After all the pomp and circumstance leading up to the 21st I am still holding out hope to know how awesome Magna's 'bottom of the barrel' lawyers did, backed by awesome Magna's awesome $200m cash warchest, against poor little Richie and is 'part time solo' do tell- if not the details of Magna's awesome performance on the 21st- than anything on the 3 lawsuits listed below will have to suffice:

1) the 1st lawsuit- Magna says YIPI still owes them Money - a review of things by the court will get to the bottom of it all I'm sure.

2) the 2nd lawsuit- Magna saying Rich hurt their feelings by calling them names and caused emotional distress - seems lame.

3) the 3rd lawsuit- YIPI suing Magna for $50m - Alleging corporate bribery, stock manipulation, and other - most likely happened, however proving such is a tall task. I hope YIPI is up to the challenge- a $50mil windfall for YIPI would be sweet.
