He keeps a hostile takeover from happening with those preferred shares. Ho do you think klug and schreiber got the company. It was a hostile take over. Those shares are there to protect KLUG'S investment. The problem now is klug is playing in the big leagues. He no longer is the biggest fish in the ocean. RedHawk holding corp. When the people you associate with all have hundreds of millions of dollars you my tread softly and protect your self.
