Possibly, I forgot about them. I suppose it depends on what the characteristics of the preferred shares would be. I'm not sure what advantage Klug would derive in getting preferred. He already has voting control. I suppose they could inflate the value of the preferred if they exchanged preferred for the sub's stock. Then, in the event of liquidation, they would pay Klug the stated value of the shares and he might be protected.
