He better not be approving any bonuses for anyone this year. Stock is
down almost 10% YTD, losses at the ITC, no licenses so far. Doesnt look
any better for the rest of the year. That Shay still has a job, is a
major failure on his part contributing to the above failures. Failures
used to get fired at IDCC before Merritt, why is he protecting people?
