I respectfully ask you to put yourself in the position of your

shareholders and ask yourself would you be happy with your performance

and especially the non performance of what you call a world class

license team. We are sure lucky you haven't hired a incompetent

license team. Look in the mirror and ask yourself what you would

expect from a CEO that you was just a ordinary shareholder? Do you

not think its time for some changes to be made, as the status quo

just plain stinks. IDCC should have a open door policy either produce

or out the door. Hell to many qualified people are looking for jobs

to allow ineptness to continue to be paid big money. If we are totally

dependent on the judicial system, then fire all the license team

and when we win in courts notify all via letter to sign or be sued.

Why do we need needless performance? I think its shit or get off the pot

time. You are in charge show some balls or just resign that you

can't handle the job.
