NTGL isn't a company, it's Romper Room for some childish 40-somethings who know NOTHING about business. NTEK basically outplaced them to gett them off the salary role and reduce the cash drain on insolvent NTEK. The adults putt the kiddies at their own table to keep them ~OUTT of the adults' hair.

Metaphorically, it's the kiddy table, where the adults stash the unruly children and they can make a mess, but only a limited mess - and the tiny table ... errr... stripmall rental unit is easily cleaned of the mess left behind.
