When promoters of nanosux and others trying to sell this concept put the rulings in their own words it's going to confuse the issue of course. But that's what nanosux wants and the others just want to sell anything they can to the casinos. This concept (not nanosux) was at the same show last year and didn't go anywhere. It's not ready for prime time casinos yet.

And nanosux will never be ready for prime time. They won't be around long enough.
