my memory is the creeps at scottrade for like a 3 dollar stock will let retail put a gtc on it at about 20 bucks a share. The BS brokers will do whatever they can to try to make money on the back end, by not letting us lock away our shares from the shorts. TD waterhosue has no limit, and for my money is the straightest shooter out there. my opinion.
