Ahhh...thanks. So is SUTI saying it is buying PRPM? That may be the case but this "dividend" crap is just that. I can't tell if this is all just BS or they have no clue what they are doing (or both?) If they were "buying PRPM" w/o cash it would be through a share swap, not a dividend. Any BS about a dividend application with FINRA is doomed to failure with FINRA or is just that...BS..

All of that said, what assets does PRPM have that SUTI would want to buy another insolvent company (other than some mechanism for Vakser to stay out of jail for a few more days)? I assume that Vakser and friends own most of the debt and shares so they are trying yet one more end run.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
