IIRC Luxuriant Holdings was the "new name" of PRPM -- not a spin-off. The name change never took place.

Sorta the same way that the pumpers at SUTI also refer to that company as MJVC..."Marijuana Venture Capital Incorporation" according to the logo Eddie put together.
