mickey; Based on the wording in the document and the fact that a new infringement trial for Microsoft only was set for Nov 16, 2015, it appears that in effect, Nokia Corp is no longer involved in this case.


This case differs from the 613 case in the ITC, where Nokia Corp was still kept as a respondent on the theory, that even though Nokia is not independently manufacturing phones, they could, and apparently will in the future, so a ban would be appropriate for any infringing phones. The problem with this is that the two patents in the 613 case expire in June or July of next year, and the ban would cease to be in effect.
