Just exactly what does this mean as far as litigation goes?

Is it now Microsoft alone to defend what they bought from Nokia?


Does Nokia care what happens now? Who screwed who here? Some

say Microsoft is going to basically put Nokia out of business.

Others say Nokia is going to be fine and will sell a lot of

phones and do good with infrastructure. Anyway give us your

view as what this does to the status of the case.
