Very nice graphics symphyl
I went thru the same geometry, minus the drawings, here over maybe a year ago and never got anyone to explain how it could be resolved other than maybe the radio system will be improved by the time strat flies. There was also some input suggesting parabolic antennas to increase wi-max range.
I hope you generate some debate on this as its my second main concern about our strat. Flying is first.
One thing in our favor is that other forms of communications from the ship will have more leeway and will be able to cover the 400 mile diameter. I believe wi-max is limited to 5 watts.
