I wonder if the post on ripoff.com that accused Jerry, Arvind, Mark Usery of much more serious things, with another shell they where involved, can be used by Canna ? Nothing written was proven. Just seems that kind of posting follows Jerry and his crew.
You bring up a good question. Any attorney can subpoena I HUB and if the judge agrees, get alias real identity. IMO that would make a lot of investors very unhappy. It would just show Jerry ego, gets in the way of running RMH and its all about shutting down anyone that doesn't like the way Jerry runs THCZ.
Last if I HUB admin allows a message to be posted that Jerry believes is bashing, Shouldn't he sue I HUB ? How about the other message boards. Not an attorney, but knowing mine. He want to see the alias Jerry, his board and his family uses. Plus his day trading buys and sells. Last the transfer agents ledger of who was sent shares and why.
Sounds like a lot of money and time. As a shareholder Id rather see that money be spent on promoting RMH. The stock will do just fine
