Grisaffi will never proceed with the lawsuit - it was for pumping purposes only.

I do agree that Grisaffi won't have to suffer the public humiliation if his past was exposed in court.

Discovery is limited to the scope of the lawsuit. The guy's past is irrelevant to Cannalife's plotting against his company.

There were 3 posts on the THCZ Facebbok page that were removed very quickly - that will be tough to prove any damages from that.

The same three post are on iHub - obviously the iHub admins didn't think the posts needed to be removed.

What is the posts wasn't accurate - I found 1 item I couldn't verify.
