That's a good point and I think most shareholders aren't interested in what JerryisFalsey posted - he has 3 posts on iHub and they aren't going to move the needle any.
You are right Jerry is a promoter - he seems like a guy who doesn't think it is a good deal unless he screws someone over - he isn't interested in building a business - it is much easier to sell shares.

You asked about Grisaffi suing iHub for allowing messages that Grisaffi interprets as bashing.
Grisaffi and all of the insiders of the OTCM stocks want to talk a big game about suing but they don't want the scrutiny of discovery.
There was a company that I was posting about - they had a well known attorney from LA who was the VP and General Counsel - he tweeted a few times he was going to sue me - thinking I would be scared - I made him my old lady and he lost his will to tweet. I knew they didn't want to open up their financials for the world to see - as it would prove they were a scam.
The company was suspended by the SEC and is now on the greys.
Grisaffi doesn't want the world to see his financials - the lawsuit will fade away.
Just saying if a direct competitor who goes onto a board talking smack about their direct competitor....well that doesn't take a lawyer to know that's a problem.
No damages need occur before big trouble occurs and huge settlements happen if they are both publicly traded.
Due to the one not being publicly traded that will be an issue for bankruptcy court.
That's the filing I'll be looking for and expecting to see within the next 90 days.
