You have to give some people some credit for integrity. I am giving that credit to the T A. He would blow the whistle to the S E C immediately if he did not get a satisfactory explanation from Urban.

Who knows? Maybe Urbie said he would "fix it" with the help of Glenn or another attorney and then never did that. Helen Bagley, the TA, has been deposed by the SEC. We have no idea what information may have come out that wasn't touched on at the hearing.

And we have the case of Dave Harrison. From what he's said, he paid a visit to Urbie in Vegas, and Urbie cut him a cert. Did he ever tell the TA about that? Why should he have had a pad of certs anyway.

Stoecklein and Mahue would be long gone by now.
