It borders on being a criminal offence .. against someone. If the T A keeps the records and something shows up for which there is no record, someone has created a theft. Even for Urban .. I can't accept that. You have to give some people some credit for integrity. I am giving that credit to the T A. He would blow the whistle to the S E C immediately if he did not get a satisfactory explanation from Urban. Your 'tack' assumes that the whole bam dunch were crooked. I believe you are just trying to confuse things. If there was stock issued without the T A 's knowledge then the whole thing blows apart. I don't see it that way. Stoecklein and Mahue would be long gone by now.
