Once again I would have to disagree with you on this post!!.
I think the EPIC news on the 28th was the provisional patent application involving a new video scaling algorithm that can upscale full motion video or individual frames and output raw digital video and/or raw frames at higher resolution.
It was just the wrong verbiage used back in Feb.
You even said this and I agreed with that and now you changed your whole thought on the subject again....
This was premature....
Within the next few weeks, we expect to make our first major public announcement regarding business development since shareholders voted to install the current management team in the fall of 2011....
And the legal team made the move to wait on the announcement...
Should the CEO clarified the original announcement;)NO!!.

Whether or not you or anyone else choses to believe that, what is going on isn't important and very secretive;)IT IS!!.
TMMI will be putting this case to rest once and for all and am pretty sure the legal team is directing them on all moves until it's time to release any information....
If you look at their website, the image they had on the home page is now gone and replaced with "News Release"

This new algorithm is a significant advance in the Company’s research and development technology program for digital video....
This would be a first EPIC business development update since the current management team of 2011!!.
TMMI's first patent is MAJOR with "The Company" in their 25 years of existence!!.
Hasn't that been the issue with the naysayers on this message board;Where are TMMI's patents?.
They don't have any, while the defendants are rolling out patent after patent LLOLs
AND we all know what happened to patent 053' and the same WILL FOLLOW with all other PATENTS they produce...
They will be deemed USELESS and WORTHLESS!!.
Once the legal team gives clearance am sure that "News Release" will be replaced with a sample of the working product on their website!!.
Only seven years with the new management and we are so close....
