Go FOR IT, so true! Funny how the bashers were all ready to jump on your post! Janice was as usual, quick to strike. Anyway, I have no clue what is to become of CMKX. Could shorts be caught and forced to pay? Possibly. Could the company be pulling the wool over our eyes? Yes, that is possible too.
Many varying opinions and claims of inside knowledge abound. I too have CMKX shares, but not to the extent of some others. I rolled the dice, bought my ticket to the game, but in the cheap seats as it was a pure gamble play. Since then, the actions of the TF make me believe that the gamble will pay off, but I like everybody else here cannot possibly know at this time.
Fact is though, while it appears the TF and possible the company are hard at work taking care of the situation, many of the scum suckers are out there trying to convince people to join lawsuits against the company. Plain and simple, they are trying to muddy the waters. The game is drawing to a close and while it may not be here yet, we are getting closer by the day. If we find out in the end that we were wrong and Urban did in fact scam us, there will be plenty of time to go after those involved then. For now, I choose to sit back and watch.
As a side note, if anyone is concerned about being able to file a suit should CMKX prove to be a fraud, check the statutes of limitations from US and Canada. You have plenty of time, so no reason to muddy the waters as some of these scum suckers would like you to do.
