Notice the HUGE, i mean the BIGGEST pick up of bashers all over the net? And right on the heals of the latest from the TF (not Bill, but the TASKFORCE).
Why? Well, IMO, the shorters are seeing tough action from the TF to show the world not only the short in CMKX but how the system does not work and allows this illegal activity to take place. Thus, the new effort is to get you to sue the company, join the dark side, all in an effort to muddle the action taking by the taskforce. What better way to slow the actoin of the TF than to muddy the waters with CMKX being sued.
The bashers song and dance is so transparent, and backed ONLY with stating opinions as fact (that is your first clue, when someone post opinion as fact, you IMMEDIATELY question thier intention).
Dont succomb to thier agenda. We ALL are frustrated at times and we should at some point demand answers. But, let it play its course for a while. Not too long though. I think in 30 days the company will feel pressured to throw a bone at least. but if that bone doesnt have any meat, then we should all consider banding together and forcing UC to speak.
