As one of the biggest fan of JT (finance guys support each other) I am sure he / they will make the right decision re FDA's Friday letter / proposal.

I do not have a doubt: It won't be a "simple" letter, they will offer / propose something (I think, the most possible scenario: ANCHOR eff. data on label or "approve" the comm. of ANCHOR eff. data)
