Trouble converting the last document signed by the judge.

My take - FDA knows they are in trouble and are trying to buy time from the court. If the court rules in AMRNs favor - being the 2nd case (Caronia is the first) it is the law of the land and they may be stuck with something they REALLY don't want. Perhaps with all their shenanigans they have finally boxed themselves in the corner and are trying to figure out how to save some vestiges of control over BP.

Pure speculation on my part.

AMRN must be careful to not adopt the 'all or none' approach that bit the FDA in the ass on the last go around. 1700 pages of documents for review - perhaps the higher ground is to agree to a short extension but no more. that watt he company appears to be much more reasonable than the FDA has been
