That is, to say the very least, unconventional. Shannon Osborn is Michael's wife.

So what happened when the SNET note converted? DID you get any profit, or did they just make excuses?

All this kind of screams Ponzi scheme. And I also wonder if the "partners", who presumably solicited investments, were acting as unlicensed brokers.
