investors purchased individual notes, no pooling. so i bought 3 different notes under my name. each note is purchased with a partner, the investors would put up 30% and an ageddebt.net founder would put up 70%. example i purchased a note on SNET , with a face value of 11,500. i put up 3500.00 for my 30% and shannon? osborne funded the rest. after note is liquidated all profits are split 70/30. all my notes were partnered with s. osbourn.
these notes would have been very profitable. my snet note converted at .0007 with the stock trading at .004 to .008. very nice return if it were real :)
