My thoughts as well.

If we're working with (20?) interested buyers/partners, some of which possibly very big players in our market (NDA's), then it doesn't seem too wise for insiders to make purchases based off of knowledge that isn't made to the public.

They probably all have options they can exercise at a later point anyway correct?

I could be wrong but it's how I rationalize and hope things really are.
