given this empirical evidence, can we all finally agree
that the alleged FINRA assertion of reinstatement based on form 10 filing, alone,
was just BS?

imo, FINRA's decision will be based on whether they feel Mark has changed his stripes
and will be focusing on building actual fiscal value into MIKP
rather than just using it as an ATM for failed media biz ventures.

filing the audited form 10 was a big step forward in professionalism.
but i suspect FINRA would be more impressed if Mark had made tangible progress on any of the lingering film projects.

WS still in post limbo...
ST still in "development" but obviously blowing financing deals, per lawsuit discussed here earlier...

the only tangible product Mark has brought to market is the graphic novel.
and that project was driven primarily by Colucci.

there's still hope here.
but, imo, the likelihood of FINRA reinstatement would be higher if Mark had made tangible progress on the film front over the past 3 years.

99.99% of all pinks are scams. Best to assume the other 0.01% are as well.
