It an honest world that would be completely true, but welcome to the reality of the pinks/OTC. I had a hard lesson learned with GZFX recently so I am a bit bitter at this whole dilution thing. It does generate cash for the company and can be beneficial if it is managed meticulously as to not dilute the PPS more than the cash can compensate and help grow the company. If the company does not perform it does nothing but hurt shareholders that are holding onto the same position they had in the company before the dilution began. So, just keep an eye on it and don't sit around too much or you could get caught it a dilution cluster@%$&!!
