Reverse engineering by a large tech would be a non issue...especially when you got the deep pockets of Apple, Google or Microsoft. I do understand a patent is pending on the Neurosync but the penalties would be nothing to those companies if they happened to steal the tech. That is why they are keeping things so closely guarded. I am sure once they begin shipping and it is determined to be a working product that may accelerate the patent approval.

Look back at all the lawsuits between Apple and Samsung for all the claims of tech stealing and copyright infringement. It is very common in the tech industry
