In other words Author Frederic's Blog is bogus?

Not really sure how any of the information is Real Proof that Tesla would deny warranty claims on a Saleen Tesla. Huh?

This is silly. All auto manufacturers only warranty stock parts and don't warranty parts that were damaged by aftermarket parts. Lots of aftermarket parts are junk, lots actually do damage and most don't have much R&D into them. If an aftermarket part caused damage a vehicle, why in the world would that auto manufacturer be held liable. If the vehicle would have remained stock, the concern would have never been present. That's like a person putting a huge turbo on their mustang, boosting HP to 1000, then taking it to the dealership because their engine blew up and wanting a free warrantied engine. Or the guy who puts the 12" lift and 44" tires on his F250 then tried to get worn out suspension parts replaced under warranty. If the vehicle has been altered, it changes everything the engineers planned on therefore voids warranty.

Sounds like Author Frederic's blog is part fantasy..... :(
