Thank you for your inquiry and interest in Direct Lab Service and RX Processing Corp. The buy out is on schedule to take place on or before June 15, 2006. The annual revenues for DLS is in excess of $1.5 million with a net in excess of 25% of that. I hope that this answers your questions.
