Synergy is the name of the game and the vision for GTE. They would be interested in companies that blend into or enhance one of their five divisions. If one could use their magic money card at a toll booth and GTE could get a small percentage of each transaction then they might be interested in toll booths, otherwise I wouldn't worry about that.
